employs over 100 employees at the 4 locations and the
management company and closely follow the operational
policies and standards set forth by Tijuana Flats Burrito
Company and their affiliated companies. We believe that
each employee contributes directly to Tijuana Flats’
fun, uninhibited, somewhat crazy atmosphere and unique
culture.
Founded
in 2003 by Rick and Brenda Brown, Rhythm and Blues Enterprises
is dedicated to building a successful and multifaceted
management company affording employment and growth opportunities
in our local markets as well as entrenching ourselves
in our communities through intense school involvement,
sponsorships with School Athletic Boosters, local youth
and adult sports teams, civic organization and local
government.
We
